[Poster Design] Building Army of Allies

These posters that I worked on are distributed to all Facebook offices around the world based on our approach for building allies at workplace.

We need men and women to be allies. Equality or “Treating everyone the same” isn’t a magic bullet. Understanding what your colleagues are up against really makes a difference in building an inclusive workplace. Equity is a powerful concept of giving people what they need to succeed, beyond simply treating everyone the same.
