Lemonade insurance management dashboard concept

A little while ago I was interviewing for the senior product designer at the revolutionary insurance startup @Lemonade by the brilliant @Gal Shir & @Moty Weiss

The request was to create a back-office dashboard design for a user flow of a lemonade client looking to place a claim, then, how it looks from the lemonade insurance specialist on the other side.
this exercise included mobile app tracing & creating a new flow, also included building a dashboard from the ground up with different states and micro-interactions.
