Messaging Center for Freelance Writing

Currently, our freelance resume writers spend ~40% of their time on client communication in a poorly designed legacy system. This application seeks to increase their efficiency with a familiar chat/messaging UI, easy access to canned messages (Quick Responses), document management, and a number of helpful modules available for loading in the right panel.
