SleepSci. Calming Breath

SleepSci — sleep improvement app.
It uses breathing techniques to improve sleep and easy waking up, as well as specially created relaxing sounds. To come to this result, I had to study and test on myself the scientific methods of improving sleep.
I was especially inspired by the scientist Matthew Walker (I advise everyone to watch the podcast with Joe Rogan and Matthew) and yoga breathing techniques.
