Sometimes it can be overwhelming to reflect back & assess our accomplishments at the year end. While it’s great to have those BIG, intimidating goals, it’s the JOURNEY that matters. Learning to appreciate small accomplishments of the day instead of stressing on my long term to-do list to reach my goal, is a big life lesson I’ve learned this year. Enjoying the journey and allowing myself to rest helps me perform my best.
