Infographic, Confidential Employment Review

I recently built an infographic for a high level recruiter working in-house for a very large worldwide creative agency. His goal was to quantify his experience at this company into pieces that would allow him to have a stronger bargaining position when his annual review came up.

This particular section highlighted the various hires, and further broke it down into types of hires (red & green are various executive levels, yellow is manager, blue is entry & mid level). The other sections were about how much it would cost to recruit these people through a specialized headhunting firm, a competitive analysis of people doing similar work in other similar agencies, and the worldwide locations of the nearly 100 hires.
