Hey! ･ User Journey Map

Hey! is a real-time, location-based mobile app that helps users to discover and meet people around them.

User journey map is a visual representation of the process a user or customer goes through to achieve a goal with your product. My user journey map is built according to a few different mobile dating apps. It creates the full picture of actions users take, emotions and thoughts they have in order to find opportunities for my future product.
