Hey! ･ Product Design Process

Hey! is a real-time, location-based mobile app that helps users to discover and meet people around them.

Having a good design process is very important, it usually directly impacts the quality, time and value of your product.

This is a design process that I often use. It is a little bit product focused, that is why there are parts like product strategy and product structure. It is a good process for a one-man project but it might be a little hard to achieve all of the following steps if you work in a company or with a large team.
