For better sorting

Sortable list to go into the next newsletter. This is a restyled Jquery-UI sortable with several functional tweaks.

I tried tweaking the code to slide the items (rather than to swap instantaneously), but it appeared to require a major rewrite of the original library and the time that I didn't have. I did fix the code to allow styling an item that is clicked, but not yet dragged and it was a fairly big usability improvement. Try the original demo and note how there's absolutely no feedback when an item is grabbed, but not yet moved.

The list is flat, but the dragged item has a box-shadow, so it pops out of the list on click and appears to hover over the surface when moved. For something this simple, it looks and feels really neat.

Live version is due by the end of the week :)
