I started doing Jim Wendler's 531 routine recently. I absolutely love it but there aren't any good ways to track your progress and document your workouts (mostly manual Google sheets and bloated apps). Figured this was a great opportunity to get a little design practice in.

I wanted to make a simple 531 tracker that guides your workouts and automatically adds weight as you complete cycles without getting bogged down with too many options and features.

It's been fun to be my own client for a bit. Now if only it was a real app đŸ˜¢đŸ˜…đŸ˜›.
