This project that began in late October was based around the idea of designing a parody-based social media platform, simply known as HudsonBook (a nod to the American company Facebook), that would allow users to be able to have direct one-on-one communication with the Daylight Saving practice, idealised by George Hudson himself in 1895, whilst also helping viewers identify the practice’s current state of use by the inclusion of more technological-related signifiers.
