Animated Form

A short animated GIF to show an interaction I'm working through. Is it okay to use the same button twice - once to show the form and once to create the item?

This "create" option is a secondary option that a user won't be doing often which is why it would be hidden.

Some of the animations would be differently in the final version, but I can't do it all using Photoshop. Also, I removed a lot of the information as this project is confidential. They aren't actually called "items". And the form details will be a bit different. ;)
