Today, I’m proud to share my first project for InVision with the launch of Design Exchange, our biggest community initiative to date. A total branding and identity project from start to finish.
Design Exchange sends members of the design community on curated, weeklong trips, empowering them to learn with—and from—their design peers around the world. The program expands viewpoints, builds relationships, and deepens connections in the global design community.
In developing the brand for the program, I knew I wanted to incorporate the excitement and eclectic nature of travel. Specifically, we were influenced by flags from around the world—their colors, their patterns. With our pattern kit and extensive color palette, we have developed unique and individualized patchworks for each trip. The two directional arrows forming an X represents bringing individuals from different backgrounds and walks of life together to learn and grow from each other.
What we arrived on aims to capture the excitement of travel and the inspiration the program brings to its travelers.
