Zor Monster for a documentary feature

The almost final look of the main villain for my upcoming feature documentary "Angels in Action". Original character design by Svilen Dimitrov. I need to adjust the interior of his mouth a little, and the bumps on the head, but now the more pressing concern is how to animate the tentacles and what kind of facial animation will he have. Comments and suggestions are welcome :)
