Merging devices on the web-app

This web-app release brings the Merge feature thats been available on the mobile app to the web, furthering feature parity across our apps.

Sense might have discovered 2 components of the same device, like the heating element and motor of your dryer and you want to merge those into 1 device, named Dryer.
