Shaun of the Dead Mondo Poster

A couple of months ago I was contacted about doing a few Mondo posters for the Coronado Trilogy. Considering Edgar Wright is one of my all time favorite modern directors how could I say no? We started with Shaun of the Dead and continued in the order of the movies release - Hott Fuzz, then The World's End. It was such a delight to make them and I'm very excited to have them finally out into the world today!

I'll be posting the other two soon, but all of them have a similar style and color palette in order to retain a certain level of continuity since they movies are so tied together while also being very unique from one another. I've also included a few close up images so that you can see the textures we used for the final design. I wanted them to have a playful yet sophisticated feel that stands on it's own, embracing my style rather than replicating the movie look.
