[UXC2] Doctolib : Specialist' Profile

Hey guys, here is the health specialist profile screen

I found one thing pretty weird on the current version of Doctolib one Android. The CTA is anchored to the specialist' cover, so when you scroll to get more informations about the specialists, the CTA disappears.
It's pretty ironic since, you're scrolling to get enough information to make a decision. But when you have enough decision, the CTA disappears.
So to fix it, I use a permanent CTA (Floating button).

Would you guys design this page differently to keep the CTA near the thumb of the user ?
