Using a vintage bulb in a dark room, I pressed record on my GH5 and spent a few minutes plugging and unplugging the power cord of the lamp base. I imported this footage into Premiere, chopped it up, and did a lot of copying and blending of layers, and added text.
I then imported the layered footage into After Effects where I generated dust, added lighting effects, overlaid additional footage, included light leaks, added smoke, and programmed the slow zoom.
