Easyship - Kickstarter Integration UX

Here's another project of mine!

I participated in a 24 hour hackathon led by Easyship. They wanted to see if we could come up with anything innovative, provided that we implement their API in their product.

One of my group mates already had an idea, and it was solving a pain point she was already facing in real life - she wanted to ship her Kickstarter product to her backers around the world, but Easyship's dashboard proved not to be user-friendly, unintuitive and too time consuming for her to do so effectively.

So within those 24 hours, I developed a user flow specifically for those with Kickstarter campaigns. I included a CSV file upload for Kickstarters to upload their backers' information easily. I also provided more information so that these specific users can navigate the frustrating fulfilment process.
