Bedelli Chat is a Turkish chat program that is dedicated to short term soldiers, who want to find people from their troops before the military service stars. It allows them to exchange information about the army, the city, the material needs, and everything else that you can think of. Bedelli Chat has both web-based and app options.

This image shows the basic design idea of the IOS App chat page. It is super easy to use, users just have to select their city, the troop, and the date they are going. We didn’t need to collect information such as e-mails etc. so, they could just write a username and start chatting immediately without having to sign up!
