10x18: #3 Cautious Clay - Blood Type
At #3 I have Cautious Clay. This album seems to constantly echo the theme that nothing is quite as it seems and fame is all a facade, especially in LA. There are quite a few lyrics involving the theme of a crown. So I thought it'd be cool to riff on the Burger King crown to show that dichotomy of the fickleness and frailty of fame.
"Blood Type" is the kind of album I like to listen to in headphones on a long walk to nowhere. It echos and swells to fill every nanometer of the space between your ears.
