Glitchy Adidas

Evening experiment, playing around with like, 50 Adjustment Layers. I saw something similar on Reddit and I wanted to replicate it, so because I'm a 100% Adidas sneakers kinda guy, this is what I've done.
Lots of Displacement Maps, and very short layers.
