About the Beer: An exceptional collaboration brew with our friends at Knucklehead Craft Brewing this Stuffed Cookie Stout is a marvelous feat. We created an incredible 6.3% sweet stout and conditioned it with 80lbs of Oreo Cookies! It starts with a base of NYS Pale, Chocolate, and Midnight Malts with a touch of Roasted Barely and added Sugar for the perfect hint of sweet. While slight bitterness is provided by the sole Willamette Hop edition in the boil. The result is a smooth malty brew that pours dark brown with tall, creamy, brown head and nice lacing. You're sure to love its bold roasty flavors of dark chocolate, roasted barley, earthy & leafy hops, with a faint cookie sweetness that becomes more pronounced as it warms. A yummy brew to say the least.
