Robotic Gentleman Backstory

I'm revisiting an old character, The Robotic Gentleman, and creating a backstory for a potential comic someday.

A close friend of Teddy Roosevelt, Herschel Wallace was given 3 months to live.

With the dawn of the second industrial revolution, Teddy extends an offer to Herschel to participate in a top secret cryogenics program that they've just started developing. With nothing to lose, the terminal Herschel agrees to be frozen, hoping that a cure might be developed in the future.

The secret lab is discovered by a group of archeologists in the ruins of the white house some 250 years later and, with modern science, the scientists aim to revive him in order to understand more of American history that's at this point been lost to time.

Though the cryo process was extremely primitive, they salvage his mind and place it into a modern android shell.

Antics ensue.
