Wegmentorship 2.0

At Segment, the Wegment ERG (employee resource group) is back with one of our favorite Wegment programs: the Wegmentorship program!

The goal of the mentorship program is to help female-identifying Segmenters with their career development by pairing up with more senior members of the org and providing structure in helping advance career growth.
