Abu Hasan Logo

This was done entirely using a calligraphy brush in Adobe Illustrator, using a mouse. It took me about six or seven tries, before I came up with this.

For those who can't read Arabic, it reads 'Abu Hasan', meaning father of Hasan. It's an interesting practice among the Arab people, known as Kunya (pronounced Koon Ya), and is close to a nickname in English. However, Kunya is formed by the name of the first male child in the family. Kunya can be for mothers as well, just Abu is replaced with Umm, which means mother.
