Rejected DJKI Logo Contest

Hai guys!
i wanna share my logo branding for DJKI Logo Contest (Directorate General of Intellectual Property). It's a rejected design, so i share it here with the details below :

- Form a bulb as an illustration of intellectual property and creativity
- The form of the hand looks like reaching / holding something is illustrates that the DJKI is a government that holds all type of intellectual property registered. Holding here does not mean owning, but in the sense that the DJKI accommodates every registered intellectual property and also formulates policies on intellectual property protection
- Green curved lines form a "checklist" or check mark that can be interpreted as an accessor that officially records every intellectual property and as an entity that monitors intellectual property rights. Green means "fresh" it's accordance with DJKI's vision, which is driving national innovation, creativity and economic growth
- The scales describe DJKI as a legal entity while explaining that the DJKI / Directorate General of Intellectual Property is under the supervision of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
