Hidden options

After talking with Jon, it looks like some of the tabular data sets are just too large to render off the bat. Rather than scrapping the section of options, we went with disabling some, and providing some education on how to access the data.

This has a couple benefits:
1. It makes it really easy for folks to load and view the data that is accessible, giving them quicker access to that tabular data
2. It provides some training opportunity for our layers, which are pretty dense
3. It allows us to keep the tabular data section as a read-only area; there was some talk about bringing in the interactions to view that tabular data to those buttons, but that would wipe some filters and replace them with new ones, a potentially confusing action if happening on a hidden layer.
