Wait, don't leave! This isn't just another #remotelyfe blog post. This isn't just another list of recommendations for scheduling your time or creating a workspace. This is different.
Based on a reader's request, I interviewed several of our remote and local team members, and came up with a list of specific actions that help any distributed team be and feel more cohesive. There's stuff in here for remote people and for those in-office, some things that might surprise you, and some things you know you should be doing anyway.
