Tribal films

The client came to me with an issue. Every designer who attempted to design him a logo ended up with some version of "cheesy tribal". Many used the tribal tattoo concept in some form or another, but that was not what he wanted. He didn't know exactly what he wanted to be honest, but he knew what he didn't want - cheesy tribal.

He wanted to convey a message of the "human tribe" and that we are all of the same fabric. His film company does documentaries that focus on the human experience and stories about where people have been in their lives.

The stacked rocks symbolize just that. Travelers across the world, for centuries, have used rocks stacked atop each other to denote a message to those who follow. Some leave a stack to guide people along a safe trial, others stack rocks to simply leave their mark to say "I was here".

Fonts used are standard, steadfast, and true.
