Shoes

I know this is a very Asian thing, but I was trained to always take my shoes off in the house. It is very customary for guests to also take their shoes off when visiting other homes within Asian culture so sometimes it’s a funny sight to see a file of shoes at the front door during gatherings. It keeps the floor clean and is so much more comfortable. It just makes sense!
