Jump between active conversation

UX Assignment - “It’s difficult to jump between
active conversation”

A PAINPOINT
I review most of latest chat apps like whtsapp, telegram etc.
A Pain Point is jump between two conversations, its just like go back and then go to another user chat.

SOLUTION
When another user ping a small pop-pic come, this means msg come from this user, The screen from right side when user click on it a that user profile appear in front of him. Its one clickable solution for user, its also use for one or more users.
