I'm diggin that background for the "NEW" box.

Obviously I can't see this in full context but the "+" "NEW" and down arrow appear to be sitting a little high vertically on that button. I know it doesn't need to be perfectly centered (slightly higher generally looks best), but a pixel or 2 down might help.

Overall this looks killer Jared, nice work!

Plenty of nice details here, Jared. What Phil said, and the line below the New button that extends all the way to the white area throws me off (given the same style of line lower down doesn't extend).

    Really sharp as a whole.

I'm slapping my eyes around, telling them that buttons don't always have to be floating. Inset buttons are sexy too! This one is an awesome example of that. :D

Personally, I love the legal tender quality of the "Movin' On Up" medal with laurels. 'Tis food for my eye spheres these days.

That inset button is freaking me out a little. I wouldn't expect that unless I clicked it. But, you know, challenging the status quo is all good.

Love that 'movin' on up' logo

Reminds me a bit of the Obama online campaign, looks excellent, and feels quite opulent, which must be a good word to be associated with any product.
