Product Flow

Dribbble's kind of been a quiet place for me for awhile. This is pretty unfortunate because I still work on quite a bit, but the platform never felt appropriate for it. I figured I'd try to mix it up for awhile and focus more on my process, problems, goals, headaches, and random scribblings of ideas.

The goal of all this is really to have Dribbble work for me in the way I originally hoped and intended it to: networking, learning, generating feedback, and market myself and my team. I hope that as an experiment this might be a good showcase into how we march towards improving our product and ours users.

About this shot:

This is a flowchart demonstrating parts of product architecture — the ideal parts that is. Ultimately we're struggling in certain areas, trying to recognize where we can strengthen our value, isolating areas that are risky, etc. This flow is really generalized for our customers. Ideally we'll move into creating some more formal customer journey maps to solidify where our story as a product may be lacking.
