NWCF Design and Development

I am in the middle of retaking some web classes and this is a site I have been working on for class. Small shot is actual pixels coded and large shot is the mock up in PS. I would provide a full screen of the actual pixels coded however the footer is being a jerk right now and is doing what it wants. Comments welcomed.
