Institution's forms and shortcuts

Using the example of General Sanitary Inspectorate, we proved that an effective UX is not only a new website project, but also a comprehensive support of the interests of the institutions. We have responded to the needs of both external and internal users. By looking at the real needs of users, we were able to refresh the image of the GSI as a friendly institution caring for Polish citizens.
