Looking nice, maybe more space around the text in the ribbon banner?
Nice clean, crisp design :)
How many page layout designs will you produce for this? Or will you adapt the desktop design during the build for the other screen sizes you'll build for?
I'm trying to get in to the habit of this, smaller projects are ideal for it.
Thanks for the feedback guys.
@Tom Kiss For such a small site I'll design a tablet and mobile version as seperate PSD's so I can get the images for my sprite pixel-perfect. It will also speed up the build proccess as I'll know what position and size I need to make all the other elements too.
Cool, always interesting to hear other designers work practices :)
Feels too flat to me, need more depth in this. This is cool. Maybe try putting some more human being in the background with there hairs of course, cause i feel this makes it more for female's :)

Check out the site at mjhair.co.uk.
Responsive one-page site, currently used to direct users to social networks. I wanted to show how the smallest version looked in the browser.
Since posting the draft design I've added a Facebook link and built it as a responsive site. The twitter logo and ribbon have also been tweeked.
PS. I know it needs IE 7 & 8 optimising, I'm doing that this week (for my sins.)
