Color Palettes - Editing Colors UI

Style Manager introduces Color Palettes, a way to customize your site's appearance thorough carefully crafted color schemes that can be adjusted: how many colors should be displayed, how spread is a given color, and the order of colors.

This is a proposal for UI controls that help the user mix-and-match a color palette. 🎨
