We at Zendesk have been working hard for the past 13 months building the future of help desk. Today we announced the beta version of Project Lotus, a faster, more intuitive Zendesk.
You can create a trial account to check out the new UI. Let me know what you think.

Nice clean tabs and button bar.
Label text is bit pixelated
also yellow label color of "new" is bit losting in the grey
Congrats on this duder! You have been busting your arrrss off!!
@M khalid khan Thanks for the feedback. We are still in the process of improving the icons.
Oh, Groupon huh... :)
Nice work! Really love the direction (and execution) of this.
Awesome! Our startup will be getting Zendesk integrated with our product soon. Look forward to checking this out :)
Nice and subtle. Great job.
beautiful work! Congrats for the launch of this amazing product...
Oh man, this is great!
Very clean and functional! One thing I noticed, is once you get deeper into the settings pages (after you click edit item) there is no button to take you back to the main tab screen. The nav tab on left is deactivated when you are in that section, so you have to use the browser back button to get back to the main tab screen
Nice and Crisp UI. Love the details.
Please make some improvements in the attachments section and close icon of Andy Anderson tab.
This is looking so good!! @Jason Wu this particular shot is it tablet, desktop or both? Inspirational :)
@Ricardo Henriques This is a desktop app.
Elegant GUI. This is lovely work @Jason.
really elegant, clean, and functional, I'm a fan. Especially love being able to view multiple tickets at once as tabs (that's huge). I find the gradient division above the home icon a bit too strong and unresolved. Also the list view icon has a stronger drop shadow choke than the rest (if that is the selected appearance, you might want to try something more obvious) Btw, our QA team loves it, only thing is they say lotus is much slower than regular zendesk (not your fault) :/

@Ed Chao thanks for the feedback. There are still a lot of UI clean up needs to be done. I will definitely look into the icons. Our dev team is also working on improving the performance hopefully by the time we release Lotus to public everything will be fast and smooth.
@Jason Wu sounds great, our team is looking forward to it! :)
Omgosh, all your work is so great !
