When I was hired to do this project, my predecessor didn't optimise the website!
I already knew the importance of having a mobile website, as today, the number of mobile users outweigh the number of those who use desktop or laptop computers. If customers are having to pinch and zoom to view content, it’s going to be a very frustrating experience (as I know all too well).
So, I created a separate mobile website as I didn't want to interfere with the original code because during updates, it can be wiped off.
I adopted the same colour scheme as the desktop site, for a seamless transition between the customer and their devices.
