Ocean-Thousand, Mountain-Thousand

Background:
''Ocean-thousand, mountain-thousand" is an old proverb by Yojijukugo means "a sly old fox" or someone who has had all sorts of experience in life.
海千山千 umisenyamasen (umi ocean + sen thousand + yama mountain + sen thousand).

My Inspiration:
As an artist, I am always inspired by Japanese art style. Minimalism, Simplicity, Purity & Absence of any clutter.

Technical Information:
This poster is created in illustrator and uses a paper cut effect. The color palette is a collection of colors traditionally used in Japanese literature, local textiles & flora.
