Delphi UI Design/Sample App Mock Up

Sometimes I do projects in my free time as if they were real projects that someone asked me to do. I have a friend who just started a job as a marketer and the wheels started turning about an app him and his team could use, this is the first intial draft of a UI design and mock up, for a project that doesn't exist yet.
