Web design for Icelandic Waste Management

How do you make waste management interesting? At first, we worked closely with the marketing team at IGF to see what customers were looking for on the web and how we could make customers do their inquiries and requests online rather than by phone.

The result was a simple way to apply for business or home services, easily finding employees and locations of the company, an e-commerce shop to buy and inquire about specific products and services along with a directory for their sorting calendar and instructions.

The environment also played a big role in the design with the message that we need to recycle and take care of our waste so it doesn't end up in landfills all over the country.
