Loading Door Transition

Work in progress: Building a simple animation that can be used to show when the camera has finished initializing (or other very short initialization wait periods.) Sized for retina iPad, with space for interesting overlay graphics, this is the central animated portion that will spin as the camera initializes, then the panels open when the app is ready to go.
