I collaborated on a beautiful project called the Closet Monster Battle Kit with author Valerie Ostara. This is one of the illustrations from the manual, in a new colour scheme.
Her company, Sound Mind, focuses on providing tools and support for families dealing with anxiety in children by working with the child or teen as well as the parents to develop skills, support and useful tools for everyone.
Val and I worked together to create a manual for the whole family, full of tools, tips, recipes and fun activities designed to help you learn new skills to deal with anxiety.
