Stylesheet Converter

This is a web app that I'm working on that allows you to paste in a style sheet and convert pixel values to ems or rems. I've had this idea for a long time, and created several versions of it before with vanilla JavaScript.
Honestly, this isn't a tool that I would personally use, for I use task runners and module bundlers that take care of this for me. However, it is my belief that such a tool would be beneficial towards beginners. Any feedback is welcome!
The project is not complete (I believe that no software project is trully "complete"), for I still need to write the tests and refactor some components.
