Create a Poll UI - Before & After

New poll creation ui for
Numbertank app. This is a real ui not a concept.
The old ui was very boring to look at it and was not clean. So I took the challenge to make it clean and pleasant to look at it. Also, have to design it in way that more and more people inspire to create poll(s). You can see the difference in the design itself.
