here are few more versions of a logo concept for Headbits that I posted recently. Headbits is a consulting and software development company based in Zurich.

The logo icon represent an arrow and the simplification process that is related to company tagline "We reduce complexity to foster positive ideas". Logo should reflect feelings and messages like trust, forward-thinking solutions, strategy and connection.
