City 6: Madrid

What trip to Spain would be complete without digging into a nice big paella?? One of the first things I bought in Madrid was a huge vile of saffron followed by a cookbook of traditional dishes. Here’s hoping I’ll be able to even come close to replicating these delicious meals!
