Notifications and Task Cards

Here's a little nugget we have designed that is currently in development.

We learned from research and calls with Taskers that they have a hard time finding their unread chat messages. So I decided to propose a design that would help them understand that there's more to read below the fold.

You can scroll down and it disappears, or you can tap on it and it will scroll the list to the unread message. Also tapping on the tab-bar takes you back to the top!
